Hello Stackers, what is the best way to build a Tech Startup?
Maybe everyone has different thoughts, so I hope you will share your best version of building a startup with me. Because of preparation, maybe in the future we will lead or make a startup. Why?? because I believe that a structure like this will be: right on target, teamwork, more structured, more detectable, more boosting, no barriers to innovation, and a very clear structure. Then ugly questions will arise like:
- Then who takes care of recruitment?
- Who is in charge of the team?
- Who is in charge of infrastructure?
- Who is responsible for the account or billing?
If you want to build a startup, you can take the references above and the rest you can add yourself. In the case of wanting to add a marketing person, it may be on a full-time basis. Adding a specialist business analyst can be done on a part-time basis. etc
